This session is all about shared relaxation and mindfulness in an accessible space, we're focused on creating a truly tranquil environment for everyone.

Please plan to arrive between 1:30 and 1:50 PM. We'll begin promptly at 2 PM, and your timely arrival helps us maintain that shared sense of calm for all participants.

What to Bring for Your Comfort:

Your comfort is absolutely paramount! Please bring a mat or cushion to lay or sit on the floor. A blanket, pillow, and/or eye mask are also highly recommended to enhance your experience.
