It's with great pleasure that I invite you to join me for this unique sound bath meditation. This practice offers all the profound benefits of traditional meditation, but it's distinctly guided by a wide array of ancient and deeply healing sounds and frequencies, providing an immersive and inviting focal point for your journey. No prior experience is needed to benefit from this restorative vibrational encounter.
We welcome participants 12 years and older who are able to maintain a respectful and calm environment. If you have any specific needs or concerns, please contact us in advance; this is a space for shared relaxation and mindfulness.
The facility is ADA-accessible. All are welcome in this space.
