Welcome to Sound Bath Meditation!
Join us for a community sound meditation led by Michelle Karlebach of Sentinel Sound. Healing instruments create a unique sonic journey, fostering a restorative presence of mind.
We welcome participants 12 years and older who are able to maintain a respectful and calm environment. If you have any specific needs or concerns, please contact us in advance. This is a space for shared relaxation and mindfulness. The facility is ADA-accessible.

We aim to create a tranquil environment for everyone. Please plan to arrive between 6:30 and 6:50 PM, as we'll begin promptly at 7 PM. Your timely arrival helps us maintain a shared sense of calm
