Come enjoy a lovely afternoon of sound meditation right here in Tualatin at the Juanita Pohl Center (JPC)! The JPC does an incredible job of building community and inclusion by offering fantastic opportunities for wellness, learning, and cultural engagement.

This session is all about shared relaxation and mindfulness in an accessible space – the facility is fully ADA-accessible. We're focused on creating a truly tranquil environment for everyone.

Please plan to arrive between 1:30 and 1:50 PM. We'll begin promptly at 2 PM, and your timely arrival helps us maintain that shared sense of calm for all participants.

What to Bring for Your Comfort:

Your comfort is absolutely paramount! Please bring a mat or cushion to lay or sit on the floor. A blanket, pillow, and/or eye mask are also highly recommended to enhance your experience.
