Join Sentinel Sound for a truly Experiential Meditation held within the dynamic space of The 23 Gallery (Goldsmith Blocks) in Old Town, Portland.
This is an invitation to immerse yourself in presence and settle into a period of intentional mindfulness. Using the resonant frequencies of gongs, crystal bowls, and other specialized instruments, these meditations incorporate vibroacoustic healing and transformation.
