Sound has a unique ability to hold space when words are not enough. Ceremonial Sound & Remembrance provides space and purpose for memorial gatherings. Whether held in a community hall, an outdoor sanctuary, or a private venue, these sessions offer a peaceful environment for collective reflection. Through the frequencies of carefully curated instruments and their grounding qualities, I facilitate an immersion that supports the nervous system during times of profound transition Investment & Logistics: Base Rate: $500 (Includes travel and ceremonial immersion for up to 15 participants). Additional Guests: For gatherings exceeding 15, please contact us for a custom quote and venue coordination. Individual Full Comfort Kits: +$25 per person. We can provide pre-set sanctuary stations for your guests, allowing for an effortless arrival. Seeking a more intimate space? Cancellation Policy
Sentinel Sound: Travel & Out-of-Area Policy For bookings located outside of a 20-mile radius from my home studio (97219), a straightforward travel fee is applied based on total round-trip mileage. 1. The Local Zone (0–20 miles) No Travel Fee: Travel is included in the standard session rate for all locations within 20 miles of SW Portland. This covers the majority of the Portland Metro area, including Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, and parts of Vancouver. 2. Out-of-Area (20+ miles) For locations beyond the 20-mile local zone, the fee is calculated at a flat rate per mile for the total round trip: Mileage Rate: $1.00 per mile (Total Round Trip) Example: If a venue is 45 miles away (90 miles round trip), the travel fee is $90.00.
