Service Description
Elevate your gathering and create a resonant memory with a Collective Sanctuary experience. Designed for larger groups, celebrations, and intentional events, this mobile session brings the layered frequencies of up to 15 professional instruments—including gongs, drums, and crystal singing bowls—directly to your home or chosen venue. Investment & Guests: Base Rate: $500 (Covers your first 7 participants). Additional Guests: $25 per person for every guest beyond the initial seven. The Setup: This service is 'The Open Space' style by default, where guests provide their own yoga mats and bedding. For a truly effortless hosting experience, you may add Individual Full Comfort Kits for your guests at checkout for $25 per person. Each kit features a pre-set sanctuary with a padded foundation, a vintage-style runner rug, a supportive bolster, and a cozy throw. For corporate events or groups exceeding 15 participants, please contact us for a custom quote and venue liaison services.
Cancellation Policy
Sentinel Sound: Travel & Out-of-Area Policy For bookings located outside of a 20-mile radius from my home studio (97219), a straightforward travel fee is applied based on total round-trip mileage. 1. The Local Zone (0–20 miles) No Travel Fee: Travel is included in the standard session rate for all locations within 20 miles of SW Portland. This covers the majority of the Portland Metro area, including Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, and parts of Vancouver. 2. Out-of-Area (20+ miles) For locations beyond the 20-mile local zone, the fee is calculated at a flat rate per mile for the total round trip: Mileage Rate: $1.00 per mile (Total Round Trip) Example: If a venue is 45 miles away (90 miles round trip), the travel fee is $90.00.
